The Universe has decided to go into mourning over the current hospital leave my computer is eduring.

Wait, wait, back up. Let me elaborate.

My computer's been broken for a week and it's been raining buckets of shit from a black black sky all week.

(in Orange County, California, that mythical Disneyfied place where I was promised upon accepting a university admittance that it was always sunny and winter did not exist, and the computer being one that has had so many vital organs replaced by brand new ones this year that it should mathematically qualify as new, and therefore has no justifiable reason to spontaneously expire)

I cannot help but imagine the two events are related.

Particularly because I now have to journey through the raining buckets of shit under a black black sky to get to the computer lab wherein I can, if it's open, use that same big fat weather-liar university's computers that never ever, for reasons that escape me as I am not a habitual liar about the meteorological state of the local climate, die.

Who was this person that told you this? They need some legs broken.

It hasn't rained this bad in a while, but we do get rain. It's our winter. Other people get snow (and they can have it) where we get rain. Keep in mind, you don't have to shovel rain...depending on what part of California you live in. Though I could stand a break from the month long downpour. Now I know what people in rainy states are more prone to depression.
