No, no. I was wrong. 'EROGENOUS' is my absoulte favorite.

Cause I'm reading it while listening to "A Stroke of Luck" by Garbage, and it's perfect.

Wow... You're really making me want to read this Hard Candy thing...

Not on ff.net I take it. I used to venture out more for my fanfic. I really need to start doing that again. I'm spoiled and haven't felt like looking around all that much for new stuff.

And I had to say (because it's one of my favorite subjects to harp on)... Stone Sour's "Bother" is like the epitome of all Spike songs! Don't you think? I mean the first time I listened to it on the radio I was amazed...sucked into the angsty Spikey goodness.

Seriously though. Don't you think someone should do a music video (B/S of course)? Or have they already done that? If so, let me know... You seem more knowledgeable than me. But I'm wanting to start a campaign for one if there isn't one. I'd do it myself but I have no ability at making music videos.

I'll have to check out the read when I get the chance. Thanks for enticing me to it.

I used to think so, when I first downloaded it and fell in love with this song (we're planning to runaway together, after I pass my finals). But I listened to it why reading this chapter of Hard Candy that was Buffy-thoughts-angst, and now its a total Buffy song in my mind.

When you read Hard Candy (and you will, oh YOU WILL), set a side a lot of time and read it all at once, stopping only for food or sanity, like I did, and when you read the third to last chapter, entitled "Sky", make sure you're listening to "Bother." Cause then it's SUCH a Buffy song.

So Buffy. Trust me.

And I know where there is SUPPOSEDLY a Spike vid to this song.

Hmmm... interesting to think of "Bother" as a Buffy song, but not entirely surprising since the two of them do have a lot in common really. I'm very eager to read all about this now. :)

I was the same way. I heard it on the radio, and then posted it to LJ on 9/30 in honor of Spike after I watched Beneath You. Rashaka, you'll be getting a copy of it, actually, because it's on the 'bonus' CD I was sending with the exchange CD. (Although, the version included is the Corey Taylor version from the Spiderman soundtrack.)
