You scored as atheism. You are... an atheist, though you probably already knew this. Also, you probably have several people praying daily for your soul.

Instead of simply being "nonreligious," atheists strongly believe in the lack of existence of a higher being, or God.

I think it's kind of funny that I got 0% on Christianity.

So... 75% atheism. Yeah, I already knew that. And I've had people personally tell me they are praying for my soul. Never goes over well, that statement. It's hard to be gracious about it because I know they're not praying for my health, happiness, love, or safety, like someone who cares about me would (which I would take as a sign of their caring and thus appreciate in the spirit that it's given)... they're praying for me to convert. Oh, that drives me nuts.

Also... 71% Buddhist. That makes sense. I've been interested in looking into Buddhism lately. I'd like to up my mental discipline, but I don't believe in swearing off attachments to things in life. I love life an all the things therein, like chocolate and art and other people. I couldn't possibly achieve enlightenment because I could never foresake attachement. I'd probably never be a Tyler Durden space monkey for the same reason. I love my duvet comforter.

I wouldn't say praying for the soul is praying for conversion. -_- It's more like the god having mercy on your 'sin'. Hate to tell ya, though, most moral!athiests identify with movements like Buddhism/Hinduism for the morality and compassionate views. The views held in movements like these are considered values that every decent human being has and lives by; universal truths.

I'm sorry for the use of 'movement', but I can't think of a term that really does them justice. Religion doesn't fit and 'views' might be closest, but it's also 2:30 AM right now. >.<

But even Buddhism has its structure of dieties in those who have obtained enlightenment, the boddhitsiva (saints, really) guiding those through their incarnations until enlightenment, judged by the Buddha (gods) who have already come to be.

I came out with 92% Buddhism and 83% Agnosticism, Christianity comes in a third at 71%. It's hard to shake off some of those beliefs after being raised Catholic though.

However, judging by what it says about Buddism, I'd probably feel comfortable with it:

Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Buddhism. Do more research on Buddhism and possibly consider becoming Buddhist, if you are not already. In Buddhism, there are Four Noble Truths: (1) Life is suffering. (2) All suffering is caused by ignorance of the nature of reality and the craving, attachment, and grasping that result from such ignorance. (3) Suffering can be ended by overcoming ignorance and attachment. (4) The path to the suppression of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path, which consists of right views, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right-mindedness, and right contemplation. These eight are usually divided into three categories that base the Buddhist faith: morality, wisdom, and samadhi, or concentration. In Buddhism, there is no hierarchy, nor caste system; the Buddha taught that one's spiritual worth is not based on birth.

I, apparently, am a Satanist. Woo hoo! My Catholic mother would be so very proud. This is what it said about me:

Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. To be a Satanist, you don't actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism..

That's actually kinda true in a vague way. Maybe I am a Satanist. Huh.

Considering this test gave me an exact 67% tie between Christianity and Satanism, I don't quite trust it.
