I just got this sudden weird desire to read Atlantis fic, but I've never looked into it before so I've no idea where to start.

There have been quite a few really good gen pieces (and I *think* at least a couple het) posted over at sga_flashfic. Wraithbait (http://www.wraithbait.com/) has both a gen and het category but I haven't been through it yet so I can't vouch for quality. Ack! Sorry I couldn't be more help. I'm in a wallowing phase with McKay/Sheppard so I haven't yet branched out much beyond that pairing.
