Emma episode 3

This anime is so cute and so amusing and so understated...and I'm starting to really love it. Gah! Why does Animeu.com only have up to episode 3?!!

EDIT: ...add to that subtle and surprisingly funny. Especially with the well-placed awkward scenes where someone does something just slightly too forward and all the characters get all Victorian and proper about it. I don't know if it's supposed to be funny, but it is. I love it.

I can't dislike Prince Hakim for taking an interest in Emma (even though William is her true cross-class OTP!), because the things he likes about her are basically the exact same things William likes about her. No wonder they're friends.

I'm amused that this episode is an almost exact reversal of the previous episode.

And I love Emma's mistress, with her well-placed stares that convey everything she has to say on the subject, or any subject for that matter.

Are we talking Jane Austen Emma turned into an anime? If so, I must watch... eep my husband will have endure this torture.

It's not actual Jane Austin, though they probably got the name from her. Still, it does remind me of Austin in some ways. If you like Jane Austin, you'd probably love this anime too.

Also, though I didn't mention it above, the animatin and music for ths show is quite pretty too.
