fav Buffy vids

Ok, I said a while ago that I'd make a nice long list of my favorite BTVS fan music videos. And I will. But I was thinking about it tonight, and because I have at least 100 plus or minus B/S vids (about 1/3 unwatched) saved on my computer--and most of them I don't know the artist, I'm going to list the first few all-time favorites. In no specific order. Someday I'll have a longer list.

These vids are all ones that I can watch over and over again, on constant replay, and not get bored. They're extremely well put together. And thevidmakers listed here all have many more vids that you should watch that I can't all fit down here.

why: Evil Willow. Really, really evil. And funny. All about the feaky magic in season 6. This vid is possibly better than what we saw on the actual show as far as presenting a scary, evil Willow. Like Valerie's 'Call Me Al', this has excellent correlation between lyrics and clips chosen. Don't normally watch Willow vids, but love this one.

Anyone have video recs they'd like to share? I'm usually interested in B/S vids and vids that are about the Scoooby Gang or BtVS as a whole, but I'll watch *exceptional exceptions* of mostly everything (like the Willow vid above).

Thanks, I'll check it out. And if you haven't, you really ought to go to bandofbuggered.com and look at Valerie's Spike vids, especially "Call Me Al"... she makes some of the best Spike vids I've seen on the net. She also has a pretty cool vid to "Toxicity" by System Of A Down (band I hate, ironically), that's just everything fast & furious about BTVS...all action, all characters.

Really, it's a funny vid. There's a great clip to the line "Get these mutts away from me" that has Xander making this funny sweeping gesture. And has about a hundred sexy/goofy Spike looks. Makes me wanna go watch it again... All her vids rock. "Promise", too, is worth your time. That's the Eve 6 song.

I could gush about all these vids by all these people forever.

I love all Valerie's stuff. I bought the Eve6 album Horrorscope because I loved her Promise video and couldn't get the song out of my head - while paying at the counter I bumped into my friend, who was buying an Our Lady Peace CD because he'd been watching Valerie's video "Innocent" and was in love with the song. I'm sure you've already seen it, but 'Innocent' rocks - it's about Spike, Xander, Faith, Buffy and Willow. As always in Val's stuff, the cuts and timing are close to perfect.

My favourite vid is Closer, but 2nd favourite goes to Luminosity's End of the World as We Know it, which is just superb. Ooh! And Laid by Dr. Dawn, which is Spike/Xander.

My all-time favorite B/S video is called The Kiss--set to The Kiss from the Last of the Mohicans soundtrack. There are not even words for this vid. I don't have the link at work but email me if you don't have this one and I'll send you the link from home.

I have that vid saved! I love it, and I thought about putting it up. It was an EosReia vid, right?

And actually, thanks for the offer, but I'd sit out of a vid exchange-- I have WAY WAY too many videos saved on my PC that I haven't even watched yet.
