My first real internet fandom. Started the show in season 6, watched most of the series on repeats on FX within three months, and I will always love it. - dead like me:
Great show. Dead people everywhere and snarky spirits and George and Mason and a kiss and then it was CANCELLED! I hate them. - fanfiction:
It's what I read more than anything else. I'm not exactly happy about that, because I miss books, but fanfic is my crack. - internet:
I'm so addicted to the internet that it's pathetic really. - law:
I want to be a lawyer, and am applying for law school this fall. - midworld:
My soul lives there. - naruto:
The babyninjas break my heart. They really do. - randy giles:
heeeheeheehahahahahaaa.... a few years later and that's STILL a funny name pun. - spuffy:
I am one of those people who think the Dalek in episode 6 of the new Doctor Who show was a Spuffy fan. He downloaded the whole internet, didn't he?

Date: 2005-09-23 05:58 am (UTC)I don't have facebook, because that's just another thing I would have to update. Once I get used to updating my LJ then I'll get it.

I don't use AIM. My computer is untainted by AOL.
Look, you seem nice enough, and I understand wanting to use something like Livejournal as a way to meet people with similar interests. I love meeting people who want to talk about anime or manga or films or books or politics. But frankly I'm not sure you even go to UCI. You haven't mentioned anything about the school that couldn't be found out from reading the school website. If you had facebook that uses a campus email, I'd look at that and agree that you're most likely who you say you are. Or if you had some other method. But as of right now... no. There's too many insane people out there and it's not worth it.
If you really look like your picture and really are a poli sci major, maybe I'll see you in class.
Hey
Date: 2005-10-03 05:05 am (UTC)I totally understand about meeting people online, but I know I should join Facebook, I bet I will have more friends on it than on livejournal, most of my friends aren't on lj. I am usually at Cornerstone Cafe on mondays after 2 studying so stop by and we can chat.
