Damn, why can't I get invited to parties where that stuff happens?

I love how it's drawn like an anime. I'm not wild about the boys' voices, but the grandpa's voice was just fine. The rich old white guy's voice was pretty good too.

The stuff with the beebee gun (or whatever it was) in the beginning was amusing.

The funniest thing? The Civil Rights Movement flashback, where the grandfather shows up late and misses the march.

Male black proster: "This nigger went back to get a mother-fucking rain coat!"
Female black proster: "I can't believe you!"
Young!Grandpa: "We all been watchin' the same news. The police been doin' this fire hose thing all week. I'd just assumed we'd all wear our raincoats."
Male black proster: "Dammit Robert, who the hell shows up to a march with a raincoat?"
Young!Grandpa: "Bet you wish you had your raincoat right now."

I just downloaded it and am watching it now. Comedy. Gold.

And yeah, the Civil Rights Movement part was totally the best part.

Sorry for invading you LJ randomly like this but I also officially love the Boondocks,

do you also think that Grandad's 'nekkid' Tae-bo workout scene totally pwns Uncle Iroh's 'nekkid' hotspring scene? >)))

really interesting because the voice casting of Boondocks was done by Andrea Romano, the same person who did voice casting for "Avatar" ...
