Veronica Mars catch-up, part deux

timepiececlockOMG! I just watched this week's episode. Is it just me, or have these last two episodes been PACKED? It feels longer than 40 minutes.
Gah! I'm all...bouncy and stuff! I've got a big "WTF?" over my head for the whole Felix murder>>>Weevil>>Curly>>bus crash thing that's just, like, OMG. My head's too full and the break between episodes was too long and we can'ts process, no we can'ts.
So, little "guh"...WEEVIL! GAH! WEEVIL!
::hugs beaten up Weevil:: This season hasn't been kind to him, has it? His buddy was murdered by one of his other buddies, he's lost his gang and his bike... damn.
Of course, Veronica will help him put Felix's killer in bars (after all, doing so helps Logan too), but even so, his gang might be lost to him forever...
I'm torn, now.
On the one hand, I want him to prove himself and out Felix's killer and reclaim his motorcycle gang and be that big fish in a little pond...
On the other hand I think he's too smart and too sincere for this gangsta life. So I want him to give up on his motorcycle gang and join Veronica's gang instead. Cause she totally has a gang. This show is all about the gangs: there's the biker gang, the rich white boy gang, the Fitzpatricks, the sherrif's gang, and Veronica's gang. Veronica's already got her Daddy and Wallace and Logan and Mac and Principal Clemmens and the low-brow lawyer in her gang... now she can have Weevil! And together they'll fight crime!
Dude, I wouldn't have thought the show would find a way to separate Weevil from the gang deliberately...but they did! And I'm happy! But sad for him too... But now he can join Veronica's gang and everything will be okay.
He'll become her surly left-hand lieutenant who occasionally challenges her for power and never lets her get too comfortable. Wallace's her right-hand lieutenant, her rock and harbor. And Logan's her wingman/lover/ocassional knight in very tarnished armor. Mac is her tech support and girlfriend amongst all her guys. And Daddy!Mars is her back-up muscle and the lawyer and the principal are her liasons to the rest of the world, her back-alley sources and negotiators. Gang!Veronica will rule Neptune! Next, the world!
