YO AVATAR FANDOM...
May. 9th, 2008 12:42 amComms aside, if anyone ruins the end of the show for me... I was going to have some kind of terrible fucking creative threat here, but there's really nothing to do in the face of spoiler cruelty.
PLEASE DON'T.
My journal is not a friend of spoiler-talk when it comes to the end of what is, I sadly must admit, my favorite tv show of the moment. No hints, no smiley faces or crying... I DON'T EVEN WANT A FUCKING MOOD SPOILER.
...For everyone else on my friends-list... which is about 86%... sorry for the harsh language, folks! My little epic cartoon fandom is suffering from novelization-released-before-the-series-finale spoiler syndrome, which only comes after a bad case of Network Scheduling Rabies.

Date: 2008-05-10 04:42 am (UTC)If someone tells me "finale: i'm crying!" then I'll be like "FUCKER NO, I CAN GUESS WHO DIED! DAMN YOU!" [fake example... except this actually happened to me in another anime.]
... and suddenly the dramatic ending seems anticlimactic. I know how dramatic finales go, and the slightest thing can hint me in the right direction.
Although, as a show ATLA's season 2 and 3 have been far less predictable than season 1 was. I fully expect to be surprised and delighted when the show ends. If I can stay unspoiled.
