Fan Comic Rec: Faux Transfiguration

I found an online fan-comic (what manga fans might call doujinshi) for Hermione/Draco pairing of HP, called Faux Transfiguration. Nothing so far that I haven't seen hapen in fnafic, but then I only just started. And it's really very cute and amusing. And the art is splendid. I don't usually read a lot of fan-comics cause I don't like the art. Here's its adorable and clever. Especially Draco's dream sequences, which he seems to suffer from frequently.

All I need to know about life...

anniesj made a wonderful list of things we learned from watching BtVS.

Though her list was quite comprehensive and thorough (and of course amsuing), it made me think of a few of my own to add:

-resist the temptation to short-cut through dark and creepy places cause you think it'll save you 2 minutes.
-don't just sit there, get the fire back.
-read books, and remember them.
-don't make assumptions about other people's home lives.
-watch out for the morally ambiguous ones, they'll surprise you.
-"You should never be cowed by authority." Except in this case, when I am clearly right and you are clearly wrong.
-sing.
-our choices make us, and their consequences teach us.
-a real geek can find anything on the internet, even magic.
-speeches should be well timed and customized to fit your audience, or don't bother.
-all you need is love, and you can save the world.
-it's human to pine for the ones that leave, but don't dismiss the ones who stay.

I'm no Davis fan, but I swear if Arnold Swartz-his-face gets elected governor of my state, I might as well never read a newspaper again for at least 4 years.
