FMA 26 & 27
Aug. 12th, 2004 05:13 pmThe Elric Brother's teacher is the bomb. She's got dreadlocks. That's so freaking cool.
And in the military characters plotline... ::cries again just because life is unfair::
Side Note: I think "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes is a great Edward song, n'est-ce pas?

Date: 2004-08-12 05:25 pm (UTC)I cried the first three times I watched episode 25 (I've only ever cried once for a character death, the second time watchign Trigun 23 and the first time watching ep 33 of Fushigi Yuugi, so 3 times is a record for me). I almost cried twice in the car because my new mixed CD had the song "Do You Realize" by Flaming Lips and that has become Hughes's elegy in my mind.
I came halfway to crying when Ed and Al faced off with Scar the first time in the rain and Al was wounded almost beyond repair and Ed's automail arm was blown off.
I didn't cry for Nina, but I felt like I had been suckerpunched. It was Nina's situation that made me realize this show would be seriously unforgiving to its audience.
I was in a panicked state of continous freak out for all of the two or three episodes from when Nina's father first shows himself with his upside-down head (EEEEEWWWW!!) all the way through Ed almost murdering the prisoners to make the stone to bring Al back.
Could you make me a copy of your October Project CD? Or maybe upload songs. Cause I'm kinda curious now that I've heard two or three of their songs that I like (Johnny, After The Fall, Funeral In His Heart) but they don't have any free downloads on their site.
