Did you ever get my DLM package? :)

Yes I did! I was going to email you to say thank you tomorrow. I got it on Friday (It was waiting for me on Wednesday but I missed the pick-up window at the campus housing office) but haven't been able to watch it till tonight. I am so grateful. And hey, I finally know now why Ray died.

So... do gravelings appear when a reaper kills someone? And Daisy has seen/done that before?

Or are gravelings the souls of really twisted individuals?

my guess is that if a reaper commits murder, they create a graveling. And Daisy seemed like she has seen it happen before. I still think Daisy's 'sister' has something to do with that hauntedness/blindess Daisy has about men and her behavior, or the sister could stand in for herself...

I don't think it's so much a moral issue with DLM, even though Ray was scum.

even though Ray was scum.

I thought he was an asshole pretty much from the first moment, and then thought "WARNING, WARNING!" when he hit the guy with the poolstick.

I'm really feeling sorry for Mason lately. No wonder he thought it was his last call-- he's depressed in a bad way.

Oh well, onto episode 14!

George took its soul. Awesome.

I love how George and Mason are so comfortable around each other.

eww... serial killer. That's sad.

I love Mason. Mason Mason Mason. He's the most soft-hearted of all of them.

I noticed that George sad "ollie ollie oxen free" at the end of 2.14. That fascinates me-- I've never heard someone say that out loud that I can remember beyond my parents, at least not since I was a kid. If its used with hide and seek, I don't remember when you're supposed to say it. Or what it means. But it was cool to hear.

I googled it and got this:
