Apr. 8th, 2005 06:36 pmLast week, in a moment of pondering current events, I told my parents that if I was vegetative and braid-dead and stuff to most definitely pull the feeding tube out.
My Dad told me not to worry cause if I was brain-dead they'd never put me on a feeding tube in the first place.
I said okay, that works for me.
He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted anything to be legally binding, however, I should write up a statement, sign it with a notary, and have it put in my safety deposit box.
I asked him if we even had safety deposit boxes (since moving down here). He said not yet.
Well, I can't afford a notary anyway.

Also? Don't put important emergency stuff in a safety deposit box. It takes forever to get at that stuff. Put your stolen diamonds there instead.

Those go in my OTHER safe deposite box. Wouldn't want them to put the two together.
