Huh.

I was born on a Monday.

What is that rhyme about the days of the week and the attitudes of children?

I WAS A GIFTED CHILD
i had my niche.
intelligent. creative. or artistic.
what kind of child were you?
(brought you by april)

Monday's child is fair of face
Tuesday's child is full of grace
Wednesday's child is full of woe
Thursday's child has far to go

um...I forget Friday and Saturday

The child that is born on the sabboth day is bright and...something and bonny and gay

Hm....can't remember it all I'm afraid. Anyone else know?

Cool, that's a start at least. Huh. I was hoping for "full of grace", but fair of face is alright.

I'm a Wednesday's child, meself. Figures. :)

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go.
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for a living,
But the child that is born on the Sabbath Day,
Is bonnie and blithe and good and gay.

(Depending on who you ask, the last two lines sometimes vary among "But the child born on the Sabbath Day / Is fair and wise and good and gay".)

My mom used to be a kindergarten teacher; I picked up all sorts of stuff. ;)

Are yu quite woeful?

::looks over complete chant::

Thanks for the whole thing. Feh. I don't think anyoen has ever described me as "bonnie and blithe and good and gay", so that confirms I wasn't born on Sunday.

Is blithe even a good thing? I have to look that up now...

Oh, it's All About the Angst for me, honey, as proven by my choice in media entertainment. ;)

If anyone described me as "bonnie and blithe and good and gay" I'd be disturbed; not because it wasn't true (which, y'know, it's not), but because it's just odd...

No kidding. My family's all "Buffy is juvenile, and campy, and silly." I can't seem to get them to realize that its actually quite dramatic and often downright depressing or disturbing. But even if I did, then they'd just want to know why I like it, for the same reason that they don't understand my prediliction for movies like Fight Club and Donnie Darko.

Oh, btw, I like your icon. That's one of my favorite screencaps. The words remind me of this t-shirt I once saw in a Hot Topic store, that said:
"The voices in my head can beat up the voices in your head."
