Just watched the Mexican wrestler heroes episode. Loved it. First time I really, really loved an episode this season. The others I've liked (especially any part with Spike), but *loved* this ep.

Just started the Wesley-centric episode that I'm missing parts of. Stopped when Wes did his James Bond Shooting Jump Thing. Rewound it to watch it again. "Yes Wesley, I'd love a gun." ::cackle:: Wesley's so hot. I stand by my judgement of last season: Wesley has replaced Angel as Babe on Campus.


EDIT: So my recording cut out the middle half hour of the Wesley ep, cutting out when Fred is shot and picking up again when Papa!Wes is luring Angel out onto the roof. Luckily, Wesley then explained everything that happened in the interrim. So I get the basic plot.

Now, onto last Wednesday's episode! Which I have a complete recording of, thankyouverymuch.

"I'd stake you, but I know I'd have to listen to her bitch about it."

If anything could bring me out of my Jossverse lack-of-Spuffy funk, that would be it. You know why I loved this? Because not only does the idea of Spike "wanting it more" thrill me as a shipper (which I am, of no doubt), but it actually makes me more interested in Angel's side of it. Because I like him better outside of the Buffy thing. And if he loses his trophy, he'll be all that much more interesting to watch, in a totally different way than Spuffy is, for totally different reasons. So bring it on.

My evening of television went like this----

::dies::

::goes into eternal sleep, vowing never to wake again until the episode airs when Spike and Buffy get back together, as such is the only thing left that could make Shaka happier than Shaka is RIGHT NOW:::


side note: Juliet Landau looked especially pretty in this episode.

side note 2: My dream was RIGHT! Spike DID become corporeal with this episode!!!!

Someone pointed out that I didn't use a spoiler tag in my last post.

It's been 4 days dince it aired... is there a generally accepted rule on LJ for how long you have to cut content? I usually expect to be spoiled if it's after two days later. Promos more, I think, because that pertains to a not-yet-aired episode.

Isn't it funny how that one line in the Spike/Angel fight about Buffy weirdly coincides with this icon, which happened to be made by someone else who was reading this funny website that I can't remember? I guess they really do read the web stuff... ::X Files theme plays in background::
